Finished publications
Text, images, carousels and short video — 20 on Start, 30 on Growth, daily on Pro. Writing, captions, design and editing are included.
Video editing
Up to 4 videos on Start, 10 on Growth and 15 on Pro, each up to 60 seconds from up to 10 minutes of supplied footage: selection, cuts, subtitles, appropriate music and a cover. Complex production is quoted separately.
Channels, deliberately adapted
Start covers three platforms of your choice; Growth and Pro cover all six. The same material adapted for several channels counts once toward your monthly total.
Approval and revisions
Two revision rounds per material. Our own errors are corrected without using those rounds. Nothing is published without your approval.
Reporting and basic auto-replies
A monthly report covers published work, available results and next steps. We set up approved FAQ auto-replies where supported. Manual comment and DM replies are included in Pro and available as an add-on on Start and Growth.

Custom workflows
Advanced bots, CRM connections, extended measurement and paid campaigns receive their own scope. Third-party fees and ad spend are agreed in advance. We do not offer on-location filming or photography.

Questions before we begin
When do we receive the free mock-up?
Within 24 hours after we receive your basic business information and available materials. The free mock-up includes a starter content plan and three sample posts. No upfront payment is required. Full monthly production begins only after you approve the direction.
How does approval work?
Please review within two business days. Without approval, we do not publish. Delayed client inputs or approval shift the schedule; affected publications can carry forward for up to 30 days. Our own delays do not cancel our delivery obligations.
How do we communicate?
In writing, without mandatory calls or a client portal. Email is the default; a convenient messaging channel can be agreed. Approvals and scope changes stay in writing. Max Belov is your accountable contact.
How do payment and cancellation work?
No upfront payment is required to start: first you receive a free mock-up with a starter content plan and three sample posts within 24 hours. If you continue, payment is monthly after the first month is delivered, with no mandatory long-term commitment. Give at least seven days notice before the next month begins to cancel its renewal. BlueRock AI Group LLC invoices for the work; Zelle is available where agreed. Confirm the recipient before paying. Mid-month termination is covered by your written agreement.
Do you manually answer messages?
On Pro, yes: weekday comment and DM management is included. On Start and Growth it is a $199/month add-on; otherwise basic automatic FAQ responses use answers you approve. Notifications and contact routing depend on the platform. Custom bots and paid integrations are separate.
Which platforms are included?
Start includes three platforms of your choice; Growth and Pro include all six: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile. More accounts require a quote. Supported formats, account eligibility, automatic publishing and analytics differ; we check these during onboarding.
What must we supply?
Business information, materials you have permission to use, account access and an approver. We can supplement with writing and graphics, but do not fabricate customer stories, testimonials or business results.
What is separately priced?
AI-video creation from scratch, video edits beyond your plan (from $49 each), complex editing, long-recording processing beyond the standard limit, additional volume, advertising and advanced bots. Comment and DM management is included in Pro on weekdays and is a $199/month add-on on Start and Growth; on-location shoots are not offered. Sales and follower growth are not guaranteed.
