04 / How it works

A clear path from what is happening to what gets published.

Managed social media works when the team can see the process, make informed approvals, and keep the work moving without turning the business into a content department.

The monthly process

The work has five deliberate stages. Each stage keeps the service practical, visible, and tied to the business.

01

Start with material

We collect what is already true and useful: projects, customer stories, updates, expertise, phone photos, footage, and real moments in the business.

02

Set the direction

We decide what deserves attention in the month ahead and establish a focused content rhythm instead of filling a feed.

03

Shape the content

We prepare the ideas, copy, and platform-native adaptations around the material and the agreed direction.

04

Approve before publishing

Your team sees the work before it goes live. Approval is part of the process, not an afterthought.

05

Publish coherently

Approved content is scheduled across the included platforms so the calendar stays intentional and understandable.

What keeps the scope honest

Start ($399) covers 20 publications on three platforms with up to 4 video edits; Growth ($699) covers 30 publications on all six platforms with up to 10 videos; Pro ($1,199) adds daily publishing, premium video and comment and DM management. It gives a business a dependable publishing baseline without promising invisible extras.

AI-video creation, complex editing, a launch system or paid-media effort receives its own brief and scope. On-location shoots are not offered. That separation protects both the everyday rhythm and the production standard.

Questions before we begin

How do we start?

We deliver a free mock-up within 24 hours after receiving your basic business information and available materials. It includes a starter content plan and three sample posts, with no upfront payment. If you continue, payment is monthly after the first month is delivered. Nothing is published without approval; all communication and agreements are in writing.

Do we have to create everything ourselves?

No. We begin with the business material that already exists and identify what is missing. We supplement limited material with writing and graphics based on confirmed business information. We do not provide on-location filming or photography.

What happens when a priority changes?

The monthly direction can respond to a real launch, project, customer story, or business update. A larger shift in scope is discussed clearly before the work changes.
